How do we collect your personal data?

We, and our service providers, collect your personal data in various ways. For example, we collect them via:

Processing orders

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may share your personal data with our delivery service so the order can be delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this, we use your payment details, contact details, IP address, email address, phone number, and invoice address. We are legally required to do this. We retain this information until your order is completed and for seven years thereafter (this is the legally required retention period).

Disclosure to third parties

We work with certain companies that may receive your above-mentioned personal data from us.

For processing orders, we work with:

  • Payment provider; Mollie & Riverty (formerly Afterpay)
  • Postal service; PostNL, GLS & DHL

Portal access

With our portal, you have access to a management environment where you can set, specify, and change things for the webshop yourself. We keep a record of what you have done and when, so there is proof of it.

For this, we use your contact details, payment details, invoice address, IP address, phone number, and email address. We do this based on your consent. We keep this information until the end of the service to you.

Statistics and profiling

We keep statistics about the use of our webshop. With these statistics, we improve our webshop to, for example, display only relevant information. We may combine your personal data to learn more about you. Naturally, we will always respect your privacy. If you do not want this, you can always let us know.

For this, we use your phone number, email address, IP address, contact details, and invoice address. We do this based on your consent. We keep this information for one year.

Disclosure to other companies or institutions

We also share your data with marketing service providers to help us understand your preferences. This allows us to tailor the website to your preferences, which we do with parties facilitating these possibilities, such as Tweakwise and BillyGrace.

Except for the partners mentioned above, we do not provide your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, unless we are legally required to do so (for example, if the police demand it in the event of suspected crime).

Our webshop includes social media buttons. The administrators of these services collect your personal data with these buttons.

Contact form and Newsletter

You can use the contact form to send us questions or requests.
For this, we use your date of birth, invoice address, email address, phone number, and contact details. We do this based on your consent. We keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response.

You can subscribe to our newsletter. In it, you will find news, tips, and information about our products and services. You can unsubscribe from this at any time. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can also notify us via the portal.
Your email address is automatically added to the list of subscribers. This data will be kept until you cancel the subscription.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our webshop. We have a processor agreement with Google. This agreement includes strict arrangements about what they can retain. We allow Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We have Google anonymize the IP addresses.

Security

The security of personal data is very important to us. We ensure your data is well secured with us. We continuously adjust security and closely monitor potential weak spots.

Changes to this privacy statement

When our webshop changes, we must also adjust the privacy statement. So always note the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to announce changes separately as well.
