Care

Regular vacuuming reduces shedding on a new cotton rug. Blot a spill immediately with a damp cloth: cotton absorbs moisture quickly, so a spill would otherwise work further in. Keep the rug out of direct sunlight to slow down fading. A nonslip rug underlay keeps the rug in place and extends its lifespan.

Vacuum twice a week with the brush retracted, this also reduces shedding on a new wool rug. Shake the rug out outside occasionally for a deeper clean between vacuuming.

Wool holds on to warmth, which you feel most on a wooden or tiled floor.

J'ai contacté Volero concernant une commande de tapis. Selon DPD, le colis a été livré, mais je ne l'ai toujours pas reçu. Cependant, Volero a géré la situation avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et va se renseigner auprès du transporteur. Ils ont répondu rapidement par chat, je suis donc confiante quant à la résolution du problème.

J'avais commandé un tapis et une sous-couche, et convenu d'une date de livraison bien à l'avance. Le jour J, seule la sous-couche a été livrée. J'ai dû appeler plusieurs fois pour recevoir le tapis. Il est finalement arrivé et il est magnifique. Mieux que prévu. Bravo !
